By accessing or using BuildDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including those on free trials and paid subscriptions.
BuildDesk is a cloud-based sales CRM and pipeline management tool designed for building supply professionals. We provide tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, generate quotes, and monitor sales performance.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at bennett@getbuilddesk.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree not to share your account with others.
BuildDesk offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription: $79/month or $799/year. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for partial months. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact bennett@getbuilddesk.com.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from BuildDesk; share your account credentials with others; use the service for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with other users' use of the service.
You own your data. BuildDesk does not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use your data solely to provide and improve the BuildDesk service as described in our Privacy Policy.
BuildDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BuildDesk Technologies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will end and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
